AT TWO IN THE MORNING THREE SUITED MEN WERE BANGING ON OUR DOOR TELLING US TO GET OUT. Once we were finally let in at 11:30 we COULD NOT LEAVE THE ROOM OR ELSE WE WERE LOCKED OUT AND HAD TO GET A MANAGER. The manager said their computer system was down, and he locked it cus he thought it wasn’t occupied. Gave my name and ID then received room keys without hesitation! Left for the pistons game at 6:30, came back at 10:30 and we were LOCKED out of our room. When first checking in at 5pm, no issues whatsoever. Completely unacceptable especially at 2am.

I would be fired from my job immediately if i was EVER caught talking to a guest like that. I have literally never come across such incompetent and rude. Makes where to spend my money an easy choice. MGM and Caesars have both given me free flights and stays at their properties, Motor City scammed me out of $69. I don’t know about you, but i personally do not want to do business at a casino this money hungry and deceptive. When i reached out Jajuan Williams-Ryan pretty much laughed in my face said he wouldn’t give me any kind of refund and didn’t even offer the $40 for another visit and basically said if you were dumb enough to sign up for the stay and play then that’s what you get. To make matters worse i didn’t even get the $40 of casino credit. Jajuan Williams-Ryan (Guest Service Manager) admitted to me that the deluxe accommodations are just a regular room with nothing extra, so just a scam. They offer a stay and play package for $69 that “Includes Deluxe overnight accomodations for two adults and two $20 gaming credits.” The problem is that just means you get $40 casino cash. Staff and restaurants are little sub-par especially for a casino. A beautiful property with well gorgeous rooms, nice parking, and pretty decent slots.
